When is billing happening?

Billing for Water, Rates & Taxes is on the 15th of every month. Payments made on or before the 15th of the current month are captured for previous month

How are bulk payments handled?

For all bulk payments; Remittances must be sent to chr@keetmansmunicipality.org.na

What are the hours of operation for the cashier?

Monday – Thursday   07:30 – 16:00

Fridays    07:30 – 15:30

Weekends & Public Holidays     Closed

What happens if a payment is made on a wrong municipal account?

Payments made on a wrong municipal account number can only be rectified by providing proof of payment from thank or police declaration with the bank deposit slip.
